Gross incompetence, incredible mismanagement, the government of California has made a mess of it. Only you can prevent California messes, turning your state also into a representation of a third world country. Regulate items that keep people safe, ban preventative maintenance, forests and power lines. California is a utopia gone down the drain. Fires buring out of control, no water because smelt fish are more important than, you know, humans.
