Because Redneck Air Pump

The redneck air pump is one way to do it, although at some point the back pressure will be higher than what the fan can provide. Not as ingenious as the redneck air conditioner, it still scores points.
Because redneck means that there simply is no other viable explanation. Example, why are they doing that? I dunno. Because redneck?
