Was he born this way, or is he a product of his environment? This is obviously captured at a party (see the red solo cups?) so he could have just been goofing the camera, or maybe this is just how this guy rolls. If he was trying to be funny, succeed. If he was trying to be scary, well, succeed, but in a “different” sort of way.
