Seriously, I can think of no other reason for this to exist. Besides, it should say creamed opossum, unless my speller is broken, so not only was this product made for rednecks, it was apparently made by rednecks. Another options is the maker thought rednecks would argue over what the right spelling is, si they took the easy way out. You know what though, I’ll bet it’s pretty good, not that I aim to find out anytime soon.
