Vegetarian Ham

Vegetarian ham image. Just guessing here, but I suppose that this confused stuff is for confused vegetarians? One, it’s chicken flavored, but more importantly, if you’re a serious vegetarian, ought not you savor the flavor of the veggies, and distance yourself from the flavor of meat? I get it, if suddenly I HAD to become a yoga doing, white wine swilling, Prius driving, sissy pants wearing vegetarian, this is what I’D eat, but the hard core vegetarians? Maybe this is like O’Doul’s or Near Beer for alcoholics getting off the juice, gives you (sort of) what you want with little or no guilt.
